How to spin the wheel
- Type or paste your entries into the box, one per line. A column copied from Excel or Google Sheets works as it is.
- Click the wheel, press Spin or hit the space bar. The wheel slows down and stops on one entry.
- In the result window, choose Remove from wheel to draw without repeats, or Spin again to keep everyone in.
- Press Share to send the wheel as a link, or Present to fill the screen for a class, a meeting or a stream.

What people spin it for
In class
Pick who answers next, who reads aloud or which topic each group takes. Remove each student after their turn and nobody is called twice. Present mode shows only the wheel, readable from the back row.
At work
Choose who runs the stand-up, who presents first or where the team orders lunch. Send the share link in the chat so everyone sees the same list.
Giveaways and streams
Paste the names of everyone who entered and spin live. To give someone extra chances, write Sam *3: Sam gets three times the chance and a slice three times as wide.
At home
Settle what to watch, who does the dishes or which board game comes off the shelf. Keep several wheels saved and switch between them in Settings.

Questions about the wheel
Is the wheel really random?
Yes. The winner is picked the moment you spin, by the secure random generator built into your browser, and every slice has the same chance unless you give it a weight. The animation only shows that result and cannot change it, and nothing is sent to a server. For the curious: it is crypto.getRandomValues, the generator browsers use for encryption.
How do I draw without repeats?
After each spin, choose Remove from wheel. The winner moves to the Set aside list under your entries. Turn on automatic removal in Settings to skip the question, and press Put all back to start a new round.
Can I give someone more chances?
Add an asterisk and a number after the entry, like Anna *3. Anna then has three times the chance and a slice three times as wide, so the wheel looks exactly as fair as it is. Writing a name twice works too.
Where are my names stored?
Only in this browser, on this device. There is no account and no server, so we never receive your list. Clearing your browser data deletes your wheels, so share a link or keep a copy of the list if you need it later.
How do I share a wheel?
Press Share. The link carries the whole wheel, compressed, after the # sign, and browsers never send that part to a server. Whoever opens it sees your wheel and can save their own copy without changing yours.
Can I use it on a projector, a whiteboard or a live stream?
Press Present: the wheel fills the screen with no menus around it, and the space bar or a presentation clicker spins it. Once the page has loaded it also works offline, so patchy school Wi-Fi will not stop the lesson. Streaming? Settings > Stream overlay (OBS) gives you a link for an OBS Browser source: the wheel on a transparent background, with your own winner message.
Does it cost anything?
No, the wheel is free, with no sign-up and no limit on spins. If ads appear on this site, they stay further down the page: never on the wheel, in the result window or in Present mode.
